How client data is handled in a project
Some projects connect business tools such as WhatsApp, a CRM, forms, call records, Google Sheets, or scheduling software. We only access the information needed for the agreed workflow and use access controls appropriate to the project.
Meerut.ai designs human approval points for important actions. Your team remains responsible for reviewing sensitive replies, decisions, pricing, appointments, and any action you choose to place behind an approval gate.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell enquiry or client data. We may use carefully selected technical providers when they are necessary to run an agreed system, and only for that purpose.
We keep information only for as long as it is useful for the enquiry, project, support, record-keeping, or a legal obligation. Project-specific retention and access arrangements can be written into your scope document.
Your choices
