What governs a paid project
If you engage Meerut.ai, the proposal, statement of work, or service agreement for that project will set out the price, milestones, cancellation terms, and any refund or credit conditions. Those written project terms take priority over this general page.
Before work begins
If you need to cancel before implementation starts, contact us promptly at hello@meerut.ai. We will review any amount already paid against the work, planning, licences, or third-party commitments already made for your project.
After work begins
- Automation design, setup, configuration, documentation, and implementation time are professional services. Once completed or materially underway, they may not be refundable in full.
- Direct costs already committed for your project, including approved third-party tools, platform charges, or specialised work, may not be refundable.
- If a delivery does not match the written scope, please tell us promptly. We will first work with you to clarify the issue and make a reasonable correction within the agreed scope.
How to raise a request
Email hello@meerut.ai with your business name, project reference, the concern, and the outcome you are requesting. We will review the written scope and the work completed, then respond with the next step.
